Went to Sim Lim with Calvin (YongYing) Kor to buy ext harddisk and webcam. Hahaha. I used to think Kor's very charming. And I still do! See for yourself. *^^*
Luckily Morris was working there, so I got my webcam from him for a low low price!! ;p But the harddisk was too ex.. So I thought maybe I'll buy another time. Hahaha. Seeing Morris made me think of Bettina.. Our fun-filled primary school days where me and my best friend liked the same guy. Kekeke. I miss ya bett!! ;) and it was so coincidental that I met Goh Boon Huat (Morris's best friend in pri sch) on the bus too. Lolx.
So I got my Logitech, Mac and Windows compatiable webcam at $98 instead of $139. *^^* saved about $40. Yay~

After getting my webcam, Cal Kor n I went to watch the Dark at PS. It's odd that I'm nt afraid of English Horror movies, but terribly spooked by Asian horror movies. >.<
Anyway, the show was okay la. Bad ending. But the plot was good. Based on the novel 'Sheep' by I-forgot-who. Actually the show would have been much better, if there wasnt this stupid fcuking &*^%^&$$%^#@ biatch that kept talking on the phone is the cinema for more than 15 minutes!!! (She's not local, but I shadnt say wad race she is. I dont wanna get flamed.)
That stupid lady had her Nokia cell ringtone set at LEVEL FIVE. The first time it rang, people just ignore it. When she picked it up and started talking for a while, people just closed one eye.
THEN THE 2ND TIME SHE PICK UP HER OH-SO-LOUD PHONE, people's BOTH eyes open. We thought she'll hung up after awhile, but NnnOooooo she chose to have a loud conversation in a bloody foreign language in the cinema. After 5 minutes, people behind started to "SSSSSHHH!!!" , "OOII!!!", "QUIET LAH!!!"
Guess what? She talked even louder. I think she was trying to out-talk the main leads in the movie.
After that, this group of people shouted down, "KNNBCCB LAh!!! KNN put down the phone can??", it's like she found their words encouraging, and she talked EVEN LOUDER.
WTF. I was seated just behind and beside of her. Apparently everybody also buay tahan her alr. I also cannot tahan. We paid a bloody $9.50 for a Saturday ticket, and SHE had to spoil the movie for the rest of the cinema patrons.
I grabbed a handful of salted and honeyed popcorn and threw them over her thick skull head.
She failed to notice the shower of yellow kernels.
If Cal Kor didnt stop me, I think I would have sprinkled more handfuls on her.
The 2 guys (from a foreign country too) beside me was even more pissed at her, but laughed goodheartedly at the struggle between Me and Cal kor and the popcorn, (cause Kor wanted to eat the popcorn but i wanted to throw them) and they ended up kicking her chair too.
Behind us were still overwhelming spews of vulgarities and mutters. One of them made me wanted to burst out in laughter. "You must speak her language then she understand."
WAHAHAHAHAHA! It's so innocent, and yet sarcastic and ridiculously true at the same time. LOLX.
In the end, CalKor and another 2 guys went out of the cinema to ask a attendant to chase her out. But he came back even more furious. Know why? Cuz when one of the 2 guys told the nearest attendant, the attendant said, "Sorry my shift is over le. Can you look for someone else?" WAHHHHHHHHHHHH That attendant has NO sense of good CUSTOMER SERVICE at all. Cal kor steped in.
"There's a fcuking woman in your fcuking cinema, making a helluva fcuking noise on the telephone and alot of ur patrons is fcuking pissed. Can you and your organisation do a fcuking something about it??"
Because Kor look so young and innocent, and he carried a smile (that grew more meancing by each word,) I guess the attendant got quite a rude shock. He said he'll find a superior to get her out.
A little more satisfied, they went back in. But no attendant or superior ever came in even until the show was over.
WTF? I always liked to go Golden Village cinemas. I'm super pissed at the stupid woman, but I think i'm even more pissed at the cinema for NOT doing anything abt it. Isnt it their responsibility?? So bloody disappointed. And outside got SIGNS (in cartoon form) that say if you make too much noise in the cinema, or disturbed other people, you would be chased out. WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED to that policy??
I'm angry.
